THE TEAMS

ABM Team -  This team supports André Butler Ministries (ABM) with technology and creativity to reach people around the world with the message of faith.

Administrative Team (A Team) - Our team uses our gifts to support FX teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to detail. Ages 18+, Background check

Bookstore - This team connects guests to everyday resources to build their faith, grow in their understanding of the Word, and stay up to date on the latest FX merchandise.

Connection Team - This team serves by making people feel seen, known, and welcomed into the life of our church. By creating meaningful touchpoints, this team helps those new to FX take their next steps in community and discipleship. 

Creative Team - Our team brings the vision to life using video, decor, skits and more to provide an interactive Xperience for all to gain understanding of the messages.

Digital Outreach Team - This team helps extend the mission of FX Church beyond the building through social media, hosting online Xperiences, and creating online spaces where people are seen, loved, and invited to take their next steps with God.

Finishers Team - This team serves faithfully by helping care for God’s house and creating a clean, welcoming environment for everyone who enters.

FX Kids & Nursery - This team invests in the lives of children through worship, Biblical teaching, videos, Small Groups, and games. Background check

FX Worship - This team leads attendees into meaningful encounters with God through music, praise, and authentic worship. Training period. 

Greeter Team - This team serves as the first friendly face of our church, helping everyone feel seen, welcomed, and at home from the moment they arrive.

Home Team - This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of   excellence in every area of our church. Our team helps with setting up for events, tearing down after events, providing community for men to use skills like plumbing, carpentry, and more!

Hospitality - This energetic team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome.

Legacy Team - This team is a group of dedicated leaders and givers who feel called to accelerate the mission of the church through generosity, stewardship, and strategic investment. These individuals partner with church leadership to help fund special projects, expand outreach, and strengthen long-term ministry impact.

Marketing - This team provides the advertising and promotion for all series, outreach, and special events at FX.

Outreach Team - This team makes a difference beyond the church walls by facilitating opportunities to serve in our community, sharing hope and compassion while meeting practical needs.

Parking Team - This team serves as the first impression for those coming to FX by welcoming people on and off the property, and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience. Ages 16+

Prayer Team - This team provides prayer covering for services, teams, and ministries at FX. We are trained to facilitate Small Groups and equipped to build relationships while helping group members discover their next steps. Training period.

Production Team - The Production Team team assists in the production of the overall worship experience through sound, visuals, lighting, and technology ensuring every moment of worship is accessible and engaging.

Security Team - This team serves by creating a safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment where everyone can worship freely and without distraction. Ages 18+ Background check.    

Usher Team - This team of men & women assists people to their seats, facilitates the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free environment in our Xperiences.

Xchange - This team helps students get connected to our Xchange ministry (grades 6-12)  through Xchange Night, Small Groups, retreats, and conferences. Background check
